Micronized Intact Collagen™ & Hydration
Javani is the first product line to incorporate large amounts of Micronized Intact Collagen, a proprietary collagen cosmetic product that absorbs into the epidermis. The collagen fibers in Javani products hydrate the skin; that is, they draw and hold moisture where it is needed the most. Deep hydration not only promotes regular skin renewal, but also swells the skin slightly, improving feel (softness), and diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Skin treated with Javani products also shows smoother skin texture, decreased irritation, and improved color.
Why does the skin need moisture?
Just like any other organ in the body, skin feels the effects of time. Factors such as age, pollution, sunlight exposure, hygiene, and lifestyle affect the skin's ability to replenish its protective outer layers and the quality of the skin's appearance. What is the "Age-defying" Javani Ultrafacial?
The Javani hydrating facial infuses the skin with nutrients and ultra-moisturizing agents. It uses a combination of products to enhance the texture, softness and elasticity of skin. The Javani system is a trademark system that was develped for use where deep hydration of the skin is desired.
How is the procedure performed?
Javani is a procedure where Javani products (containing micronized collagen, hyaluronic acid, Vitamins C, E and A, in a water-based gel) are applied to the skin. These products are gently massaged and infused into the skin using a sophisticated and patented gentle ultrasound unit. The micronized collagen is actually absorbed into the skin for healthful benefits and also a noticeable smoothing effect. Each treatment takes about 30 minutes. A single treatment produces results that can last several days. This is an ideal procedure to use before a big event when the patient wants rapid and dramatic improvements in the overall appearance of the skin. For optimal results, we recommend a regimen of Javani treatments, weekly for eight (8) weeks, including at-home Javani cream treatments twice daily. Following this skin care regimen will produce longer-lasting results.
